Wouldn’t it be nice to find hot OTC penny stocks and strategy of investments that will go from $.10 per share into $1 per share. What if you bought 1,000 shares? What about 100,000 shares? You’d be sitting pretty, I bet.

You should be cautious about over-hyped advertisements for some pie in the sky penny stock trading system that guarantees riches. But just to be fair, regardless if some of systems under-deliver mostly likely, they will provide some value in trading you previously didn’t possess. Knowing this, the important thing is to find an investment system which you are a good fit with, and one that is proven to work over 55% of the time when you actually follow it carefully.

In a nutshell, this is what I’m saying. A statistically proven profitable trading system that is fast paced and makes you sweat for the entire day, may not be the style for you if your personality cannot handle the pace. As a matter of fact, you might make tons of mistakes you may never recover from because you can’t stay on the program.

Conversely, a long-term, sure-bet investment that grows surely but slowly perhaps ain’t your cup of tea either, because if your preference is quick day-trading, you’d be bored to death and will probably make mistakes because you will end up not following the long term strategies. You should know what I’m talking about at this point.

What’s the answer to this dilemma? Well, to find the trading style that will match your unique personality, you should test a few trading systems, and be sure to put it to the test with dummy trading and be sure to keep a good record during the testing phase. Once you know for sure which one you like the best without either giving you too much stress or boredom, return the ones you don’t like as most courses offer some kind of satisfaction guarantee, so you can’t lose! Low Price Stock Trading – massive activity – question?

I’m looking for the reason or logic that is behind recent trading activity I’m witnessing. XXX, trades as a OTC penny stock. I have shares that I bought through my normal brokerage account, just as anyone can. XXX is trading at massively high trading volumes now for months, with little to no change in share price. Average daily volume 333,281,908 shares. Several days with well over a billion shares traded. XXX’s web site states that there are 10 bil shares outstanding. One last fact, the stock price has plummeted over these months. At .0001 per share during the massive volume period. My question is: How, with only 10 billion shares outstanding, can XXX be so actively traded at this volume and why would XXX sit at the same price and trade billions of shares, when all press and reports about the company are positive?

My take is that someone is deliberately swapping shares, huge chunks at a time, at ridiculously low prices to keep the stock price down? Why go to the expense?

Well I’m not going to disclose the ticker for obvious reasons (Ask me after I’ve sold). But my question is whether I should keep lowering my sell price until it sells?How can I recover as much as my money as possible?

Yes, of course zero. I meant and should have said: “How low this side of bankruptcy, delisting and worthless can a stock go before it’s kaput?”

Sorry, didn’t make that clear – I do wonder how many decimal places are allowed by the trading system. Seems like 0.0004 is getting awfully close to the limit.

The issue in question is IPKL but there are others – lots.
