searching for a stock screener to find penny stocks on the pink and otc marketplace… When I use yahoo stock screener they give me inexpensive stocks , but not otc or pink…

There is a stock I have been following for 3 years and I have finally decided I want to purchase a bunch of it. Its an OTC BB stock and I want to begin small. What on-line brokers let you do this? I found ones that let you begin small but they wont let you by OTC BB stocks and I’ve found places that will let you purchase them but you have to have a minimum of $5000 to open an account.. Is there somewhere I can purchase some penny stocks for $500?
