I’m new to investing. I have a sharebuilder account. There are stocks I’ve been interested in but been unable to purchase because they are not offered from ShareBuilder. Specifically, NJMC and LLBO.
How can I invest in the penny stocks that aren’t offered by my broker?
What is the best ( cheapest ) for penny stocks broker out there, that’s also safe with no like hidden fees. Is ING any good ?
I have tried several of them out there, but none of them would allow me to open an account because I am a Canadian citizen…

I tried doing it through a bank but I had to have a minimum 5000 dollars in the account. I would prefer it if I was a member of a site, but with penny stocks the volume would be much higher and would I have to pay hidden fees. I’m also from canada if someone knows some canadian online stock brokers
Lowest commission, best customer service, etc.
