Im interested in PVBK,a local new bank, looks like stock is at about $17.00. I would like to invest a couple thousand and hold the shares, how would i go about obtaining shares? i know their considerd penny stock, but soon to go to Actual stock market, exactly where i heard they could split or explode. any suggestions?
