Penny shares are just that – nigh on worthless. Don’t waste your money. Put it in an ISA or high interest deposit account instead.

I use Fidelity and it allows me to buy them all

You are going to lose money wholesale,just the sort of investing ingenue who retreats with burnt fingers and wallet.A better education in finance is needed before you start putting money in the market. Why do you want “penny shares” specifically? Why OTC? Have you swallowed a bundle of propaganda?Why do you want to restrict yourself to such a small piece of the market?
