Really depends on what all you want from a broker. Etrade is a good choice especially if you get designated a etrade power pro user. Faster executions. Thinkorswim is also a great broker – pretty sure they are owned by TD Ameritrade now. They also give you the ability to short penny stocks – huge money in that if you can get the shares.
