No, Wal-Mart de Mexico is an asset of Wal-Mart Corp. Only time Wal Mart de Mexico would be publicly traded is when Wal-Mart spins the company off. That will most likely never going to happen.
If you like the company, you can purchase it for about $41 a share. Personally, I wouldn’t get it.
