Is there a buy amount minimum limit when purchasing small cap stocks utilizing scottrade? I know it price a couple of dollars more per trade with small cap stocks. I also know I cant purchase and sell all day without having 25,000 in my account. But is it feasible for me to open a scottrade account with the minimum of 500 dollars and make a buy of a small cap stock?
